The Coolest Chevys around converge on Memphis International Raceway

Every year the Super Chevy Show here at Memphis International Raceway brings out some of the best Chevrolet muscle around. This year is no exception and that fact is abundantly clear when you take a stroll down the rows of cars in the show section as we did. Dozens of Novas, Camaros, Chevelles, Tri-Fives and Corvettes all showed up again this weekend to strut their stuff and wow the crowds.
While a little rain on Friday did make us a bit nervous, Saturday did not let us down. A light morning drizzle was enough to keep the Chevys off the drag strip in the morning Saturday but not enough to scare away the show participants. By mid-morning the show area was already filling up and provided more than enough cars to meander around dreamily. And that is exactly what we did. A couple of our favorites included a black and blue 1955 Chevy which had a stance that was to die for. Another stunner was a 1967 Pro Touring Camaro rocking a twin-turbo under the hood.
